Our Inspiration
Maharishi
Maharishi Mahesh Yogi conducted a thorough revival of Vedic Knowledge that originated from Nepal. In the restoration of Vedic Knowledge, Vastu Vidya was also restored to its full value. Our founder, Utsav Bajgain – a Vedic Scholar, is an advocate of Vedic Knowledge, is inspired by Maharishi’s revived Vastu Vidya and principles of Sthapathya Veda and its application in modern engineering developments.

The Founder’s Story
Utsav was born in Nepal and has lived in many different countries including India, Japan, Mexico throughout his life for education and work. Currently, he is based in Seattle, United States, and works for a leading aerospace company.
He is a versatile engineering leader, has comprehensive understanding of engineering, product development lifecycle & business intelligence to scale high tech businesses. Utsav is also a Vedic Scholar and an experienced meditation teacher.
He is now venturing into real estate development to give back to his hometown by utilizing the knowledge and expertise from his past engineering work. Having travelled and lived in many different countries throughout his life and being away from home at a very young age, Utsav understands the value of a sense of home and belonging.
He is passionate and committed to creating safe luxurious homes for families that bring them a deep sense of connection to home and belonging to the community. In his free time, Utsav likes to play sports, enjoys good TV shows with his wife, flies planes, hikes pacific northwest trails and has recently taken up swimming.
